GEOMETRIE INSTABILI​

  

The project Geometrie instabili investigates space and forms.

The claim of the geometric form to exhaust the real space and orient ourselves in it is unsteady.

There are spaces that if they depart from geometry they cannot end up in numerical forms. Spaces that cannot be fully captured or fully represented by these figures, such as a color, a sound, a sensation. Spaces for which the form is a necessary condition but not sufficient to be grasped entirely. Representing, stopping, showing are illusory tools unable to grasp a space that can only be indicated. All that remains is the contrast, the contradiction as the only way to indicate the space we continually inhabit, that fold between the real and the surreal that feeds reality.

Lo spazio e le sue forme è il campo d’indagine di Geometrie Instabili. Instabili perché malferma è la pretesa della forma geometrica di esaurire lo spazio reale e orientarci in esso.

Ci sono spazi altri che se dalla geometria partono non possono finire nelle forme numeriche. Spazi che non possono essere del tutto colti né completamente rappresentati da queste figure, come ad esempio un colore, un suono, una sensazione. Spazi per cui la forma è una condizione necessaria ma non sufficiente per essere afferrati interamente. Rappresentare, fermare, mostrare sono strumenti illusori incapaci di cogliere uno spazio che può essere solo indicato. 

Non resta che il contrasto, la contraddizione come unica via per indicare quello spazio che continuamente abitiamo, quella piega tra reale e surreale che nutre la realtà.
